Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 5 days only. Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged or defected. It must be unused, as new condition and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.
  1. Return Process: Customers typically need to return items by shipping them back to the retailer.  We will provide instructions for mailing return, when you get in contact with us. Refund Method: Refunds may be issued via the original payment method.
  1. Exchange Policy: If an item is defective or damaged, r O g u e  e t h O s offers exchanges for the same item. Subject to availability, customers might be allowed to exchange items for a different style or colour. Any additional cost will need to be paid by the customer. The exchange period is 5 days.
  1. Non-Returnable Items: Clearance or discounted items are excluded from return or exchange offers.
  1. Shipping Costs: If the customer is returning an item by mail, they will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
